If you are looking for a change that goes above and beyond a standard gym class, our alternative and unique approach to fitness is what makes our studio/classes/ unique and fun.

You’ll be distracted by the fun you have to even notice you’re getting a thorough workout

You will learn to accept, love and appreciate your body and your curves. You will gain power, flexibility, strength, confidence, while moving in ways you never thought possible and forget you are working out.

Get your heart pumping, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, relieve stress, and experience the powerful mind and body, as you learn to accept and love yourself.

Our unique atmosphere and fun workout/classes are so enjoyable and encouraging.

Classes include a warm-up, workout routine and a stretch cool down.

(Do Not Miss Warm-Up) 

We strongly encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your schedule class. Proper body warm-up is required for all classes.

No member is allowed to attend class without a proper warm-up. The warm-up is very important for prevention of injury and your safety.

Member has the right to warm up on their own for 10 minutes, then can join class already in session.

We take this seriously!! 

 

Safety and Modification is taught in all classes.

Members move at their own pace

FIRST TIME DOING POLE, AERIAL YOGA, CHAIR

For your first time we recommend that you take intro to pole, chair, & aerial yoga.

Please arrive 10 minutes early!

Many new first time members feel intimidated, self-conscious and a bit nervous.

 We want our members of all fitness levels to build self-confidence, embrace all forms of style, techniques, & self-empowerment.

Members will have a safe and supportive environment.  Almost no one starts out with confidence and skills. These are things you will learn in class with the comfort of our many levels of classes and other members

 

Doors will be locked when class starts for privacy
