RESERVATIONS:
We offer Party Events Fridays and Saturdays can book several weeks or months in advance. Reservations are required and are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend booking your preferred date and time as soon as possible. We do not need to know the number of people attending at the time of your reservation.
RESCHEDULING – RESERVATION CHANGES
Party Event can be rescheduled given a 12 day notice. If you would like to change your party package, start time, upgrade your package or add time, please give us a text or email at least 12 days before your party and we will try our best to accommodate the change which will need to be in writing via email, in person, or text. No changes will be made until you receive a confirmation from Vertical a Fitness NJ Instructor.
Changes cannot be made within 10 days of the party event..
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your party less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not show up, the remaining (minimum) party balance will be charged to the credit card on file when you signed the Party Event Agreement Policy.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for signing the waiver, payment, and changing clothes (if needed). Do not be late - we are unable to delay parties or add time. Calling to let us know you are running late is always appreciated, but will not extend your party.
Please refrain from alcohol consumption before your party. For liability and legal purposes, we do not allow alcohol to be consumed during or prior to our parties. If we suspect a guest is under the Influence of alcohol, we will ask the guest be removed from the premises.
No refund will be given
PROPER ATTIRE:
Pole and Chair Dance - shorts/leggings, t-shirt/tank top, barefoot
Burlesque- button down shirt, tank top/sports bra, barefoot
- Do not wear any lotion or oils the day of your party
- Do not wear any jewelry ,belts, rings, bracelets, watches, zippers, piercings, Rhinestones, velcro, nails and feet trimmed
Restroom is available for changing
Bring your group of ladies to our studio for the most memorable party ever!
All parties are 100% private 90 minutes
Party Event Includes:
Pole Dance Routine OR Chair Dancing Routine
(Your song of choice needed 3 weeks before event or studios song)
10 Minutes of social time, meet the Instructor, change clothes, take photos, & prepare for the time of your life.
You & your guest will learn a mini routine.
Customize your party or the guest of honor by adding decorations and safe props. Your party will be just perfect.
Bring your cameras for capturing memories.
Filming/Videos & Pictures Allowed During Your Private Party Class
All Parties are 100% Private
After a warm-up/stretch, you will learn moves that build into a beautiful, fun and sexy routine. Shy or not, you will be amazed at what you can do. We guarantee this will be the party event you can't stop talking about! Then, to complete the lesson, you will “perform” your routine with the lights low and the disco ball on.
Doors will be locked when class starts for privacy
To Schedule & Book Your Party:
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to secure your Date/Time and will need a total head count and final cash payment 7 days prior to your event.
($100.00 deposit is applied to your party event)
If your party is more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and will not have any make up time.
Your party will still end at the booked end time!!
Any additional ladies may come and pay $35.00 at the door
