Cindy has been in the Cosmetology Industry for over 20 year’s. In addition to the beauty industry, Cindy started in the fitness Industry 2002. Cindy’s Primary Certification is with AFAA Group Fitness. She  is also Certified in Kickboxing, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Hula Hoop, Mat 1 Pilates, Yoga,  Pole Fitness, Aerial Yoga and continues with education and certifications

Francine Phelps Bio

Francine is a devoted Christian, an Unapologetic Jesus Freak, Chaplain for the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team, Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, & Cancer Survivor! 

Her Qualifications are : ISSA/ NASM/IFPA/ ACE & AFAA  Certified Personal Trainer And Certified Group Instructor : TRX, BODYPUMP, PIYO, TURBO KICK , TURBO TABATA, GLIDING, RAMPING, SPINNING & P90X. She is trained and skilled in Bosu, Gliding, KickBoxing, Bootcamp, Circuit/HIIT , Freestyle & Lower Body Solution Training. She brings 20 years of training experience, along with her energy and enthusiasm to all of her fitness classes. You never know what prop she will take out to train you but you do know that it will be FUN, EFFECTIVE & GET YOU RESULTS! Francine strives to challenge and empower everyone, from beginner level to the highly trained athlete, to push past their comfort zone toward higher levels of fitness. She sees greatness in everyone and knows how to tap into their inner warrior to be unleashed!

Sharon Vaughn Profile:

Sharon is a retired high school mathematics and computer science educator. She started her tai chi and qigong journey in 2011 when she started taking private lessons to help with health problems. Over time she started to see improvement in her health. She fell in love with tai chi as well as qigong and developed the desire to learn all she could not only to help herself but to help others.

Sharon had been introduced to Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programs. She is a Board Certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor. Some of the programs include: Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention parts 1 and 2, Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi for Energy parts 1 and 2, and Tai Chi for Rehabilitation.   The Tai Chi for Health Programs by Dr. Lam are recognized by the CDC and the Arthritis Foundation. She uses qigong in her classes.

She teaches mostly the Sun style with some Yang and Chen styles. She has taught tai chi for two county community colleges, a health and fitness gym, a local school district, and a county library. She has also volunteered and offered her services to members of the community.

Sandy Collins

Sandy fell in love with fitness ten years ago as a cardio kickboxing student. She soon added multiple classes to her routine (spin, boot camp, yoga, pilates, toning, barre, tabata) and began running 5ks and half marathons. She recently decided to turn her passion into a career and obtained her ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification. Over the last year, she was mentored by her long-time kickboxing instructor and began running her own kickboxing, boot camp and tabata classes.Sandy is excited to bring her energy and excitement for fitness to our studio and the community. e Group Fitness Instructor

Kim Cavallaro Bahr

Kim is married and a mother of two teenagers. Kim has been teaching Zumba as well as House Party Fitness for over 6 years. Kim also teaches toning and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes. Kim’s classes are high energy and intense, Kim’s classes can be modified for any fitness levels. She will always encourage you to do YOUR personal best and what works for you and your comfort zone! Kim will challenge you but you will never feel like you can not do it and will modify everything so that you can! if you are not a “dancer” that’s ok! You will move at your own pace while getting a total body workout. You will be lost in the music and forget you are working out! It’s one big party just for you, where you are having fun and become a healthier and happy! Exercise will do that for you! What are you waiting for….Today is your day…..meet Kim on the dance floor and lets burn some CALORIES!

Ashley’s love of Pilates began in 2003 when she stumbled on a DVD at a yard sale. She was instantly hooked. Seven years later she turned that obsession into a career, helping others improve posture and flexibility, gain core strength and find true balance in their bodies using a mind/body connection through their workout.

Ashley has worked with various people over the years from golfers to ballet dancers to people simply wanting to see what Pilates is all about. “My favorite thing about working with a class is feeling their energy. They are there to connect, to forget about their worries and to be held accountable for their health. That's pretty darn motivating.”

Ashley is a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor through Body Precision Pilates Studio (Rosemont,PA) Certified Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and most recently a Licensed

Massage Therapist. She is a proud mommy and wife which require no certifications or licensing!

Veronica is a Philadelphia native, currently residing in Audubon NJ. She has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2008. She deepened her practice and solidified her teaching skills when she studied with Beyond Asana’s Brittany Policastro and Maura Manzo to gain her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2014. She is currently enrolled in Yoga Life Institutes Comprehensive Yoga Therapy Certification program and will graduate in June of 2021.  Since Veronica’s beginnings she has taught a variety of classes including Heated Power, Gentle, Vinyasa, Core Centered, Restorative and Yin. Veronica also has a background in relationship-based therapy with children on the autism spectrum and has used Yoga to connect with individuals of all abilities and age levels. Veronica is forever a yoga student and practices tapping into her authentic voice as a teacher with hopes that her students find a good yoga practice as rewarding as she does. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, that no one should take things too seriously and that a little yoga is good for the mind, body and soul.

Haley started her fitness instructing career teaching kickboxing in 2016 and practicing yoga in her spare time, but she's not new to fitness at all. Haley grew up playing soccer, softball, and color guard and when she grew out of playing, she started refereeing high school games to stay involved in the sport she loves. 

Through 4 different boot camps in New York she gained the knowledge and confidence to instruct and help people achieve their fitness goals and build healthy life styles and habits. She continues her own fitness journey through hiking, backpacking and lifting at the gym. Haley even ran her first 5K this year to continue pushing her limits and try something new. But to her nothing beats having fun punching and kicking to achieve the best full body work out.
